Funded by eight members coming from different groups at the end of their training at the TNB school in 2015, Bajour is based on a system where every member can easily switch roles and become either the writer, comedian or director of the project with one common goal: "create a play from anything". Bajour takes inspiration from their real identities and thoughts to blend them with improvisation, suggestions, and text directly invented on stage.
Their work prioritizes actors while developing storytelling in a refined and minimalist style. The fragmented structure of their plays and the juxtaposition of different levels of narration mean they're able to showcase several points of view on the same situation while creating this special volatility to charm their audience.
